Payment for MightyWrite contracts are required all at once or in installments based on the contract terms for each size of contract. An installment is required before work begins. Detailed working terms and conditions are included with every contract. It’s important to us that you have a full understanding up front of how we will honor our working relationship.
We request 30 days notice of a cancellation of a contract and would hope that we have the opportunity to talk about your dissatisfaction or the reason for cancellation. Contractual and payment obligations would be considered at that time.
We’ll outline this in the deliverables component of The Write Plan™. We’ll work with you to consider the timelines, geography and options available using the latest technology to everyone’s benefit.
The process for review and approvals will be discussed and included in The Write Plan™ with deliverables. We work with the latest collaboration tools including Microsoft and Adobe products, as well as WebEx, Skype, Trello and others.
Absolutely. The Mighty, Mightier and Mightiest contracts are just to provide a framework to get started. Once we’re working together it’s expected that needs can change as new opportunities or challenges arise. These will be discussed and a new contract can be drawn up at any time.
Of course. The Mighty service arrangement is where we start with individual project requests. Mightier and Mightiest contracts provide a better opportunity for us to support you more broadly in your business. We understand the realities of budget limitations and are happy to talk to you about smaller projects on an as-needed basis. We are quick studies, conduct great interviews and know how to do the research. This is how we deliver accurate, effective content for these single requests. Ghost writing, articles, blogs and editing are some of the ways we offer stand alone solutions for clients.

Leanne is MightyWrite’s lead business writer and strategist. Her goal is always to take clients beyond their expectations and innovate how their stories are told. This means having to dig deep to get at the core of a clients’ ideas and concerns, cutting through the clutter and often, getting the client unstuck and moving forward. One client coined the phrase “delegating up” for the fearless approach she uses for engaging senior business owners and leaders throughout the process. Leanne is also a much-published ghost writer and blogger on topics such as workplace mental health, financial planning, insurance, golf and food.
Mike’s the lead account manager and content designer at MightyWrite. He draws on his experience in graphic design, photography and illustration to add that extra edge to project content and deliverables. Mike worked extensively as a graphic/web developer in Dezine Source before switching his focus over to MightyWrite. His knowledge bolsters the team with an understanding of the strategies and visual concepts that are essential in creating effective online communication.
